How Do Orders Work?
Subscription Service
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase for a 100%, no questions asked full refund, credit or a product replacement. After 30 days and up to 90 days post-purchase, you may contact customerservice@youveda.com to return the remaining sellable portion of the product for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges incurred.
Please note that this policy applies to the first three months of purchase. After this given period, no returns will be accepted.

However, we do not re-use or re-sell anything once it ships from our warehouse. This allows us to maintain the integrity of our products, ensures health and safety of our current and future customers. We strictly follow FDA & GMP guidelines for returned and disposal of product post return.
You can modify your account settings any time. Just log into www.youveda.com and visit your “My Profile” page, where you can update your address and personal information.
Payment
To confirm that a secure connection is being used, you should see https://youveda.com/… in the URL. The “https” indicates that your connection is using SSL.
Your credit card is charged at the time of your purchase. For subscription orders, you are charged once a month on your billing day. Please note that we send out reminder emails a few days before the renewal date of your subscription order; so, you have time to change or cancel your subscription.
If you are not receiving these emails, please check your spam folder. If you find our emails there for some reason please mark them as “NOT SPAM”. YouVeda is not responsible for customers entering their email address incorrectly, signing up with an email address they do not actively use, or for customers who enter their shipping address incorrectly.
Sustainability
At YouVeda, protecting and honouring Mother Nature and the environment is of highest priority. When we evaluate sustainability, we consider a product’s raw materials source, manufacturing methods, and shipping methods. Sure, we could cut corners, but if it means compromising our commitment to the environment, we won’t.

Our shipping boxes and sachet holder boxes are likewise FSC-certified, 100% post-consumer recycled, and 100% recyclable. FSC-certified paper promotes good forest management that ensures sustainability, wildlife and stream preservation.
FSC follows a strict set of standards to be environmentally and socially responsible and ensures that paper mills are following strict procedures in managing their forests. The packets which hold the products are not recyclable yet, but we are always looking for environmentally friendly alternatives.
Shipping
Please allow up to two business days to process your order from the day it was received. Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order on Friday, you may experience a delay between your “order-shipped” confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- East Coast – 1-3 days
- West Coast – 3-5 days
- Alaska & Hawaii – 5-7 days
- International – 5-7 days or longer depending on the country
We partner with FedEx, UPS and USPS to ensure your products arrive quickly. As soon as your product ships we’ll email you the tracking information. If you have any trouble locating your order, please send us an email at customerservice@youveda.com.
We currently ship throughout the United States, Alaska & Hawaii. Internationally, we ship to; Argentina, Australia, Austria, Canada, Chile, Finland, Germany, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
We can ship to certain other international locations too, but for that, kindly send us an email at customerservice@youveda.com or feel free to give us a call. For shipping internationally, we first need to verify if the importing country will allow dietary supplements to enter, otherwise, your shipment can sit at customs or may simply get returned.
PLEASE NOTE: For all International Orders – Customer’s assume responsibility for any duties/taxes that may be incurred from customs within their respective country.
Yes, a majority of our products offer free shipping, within the United States. If shipping is included, shipping charges will be calculated at time of checkout.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping for international orders.

Californians are no stranger to these warnings, as they are posted in hotels, gas stations, and coffee shops. These are also found on many products they encounter on a daily basis.
One example of this is lead. The proposition 65 limit for lead is 0.5 mcg per day. The US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) safe limit for lead in drinking water is 15 mcg/L. This means that about 1/4 cup of the water considered safe by the EPA would bring you beyond the safe daily limit according to Prop 65. Additionally, many foods contain a naturally-occurring lead from soil but are not subject to be labelled with the Prop 65 warning. One ounce of dark chocolate contains about 0.6 mcg of lead, which would also exceed the safe limit of lead by Prop 65 standards. We raise this comparison not to scare you, but to put into perspective how the standard set by Proposition 65 is extremely low. Good quality supplement manufacturers take every precaution possible to ensure a safe product. We are confident in our brand and care very much about delivering products that are not only safe, but also beneficial to consumer health. If you see the Prop 65 warning on a product, it demonstrates that that company is compliant with the law – which is really a very good sign.
The State of California requires dietary supplement companies to label products containing ingredients on their list with the following warnings: WARNING: THIS PRODUCT [MAY] CONTAIN[S] CHEMICALS KNOWN TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO CAUSE CANCER AND BIRTH DEFECTS OR OTHER REPRODUCTIVE HARM.
