Hello! Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions section. We crafted this FAQ page to answer many of the frequently asked questions we were asked along the way. How Do Orders Work?
At YouVeda, we want you to be healthy and happy; that is our number one goal! If you are not satisfied with our products, we will gladly accept returns within 90 days of purchase.
Please note that this policy applies to the first three months of purchase. After this given period, no returns will be accepted.
To make a return, you must contact customer service via email at email@example.com to get the return process started.

Once we have received your return, we will inspect and refund you the product cost within 48-72 hours.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges in all return products. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We do not reimburse shipping costs and apologize for any inconvenience.
Please be advised that repeated refunds from the same customer are not allowed.
This return policy only applies to orders placed directly on www.youveda.com and is subject to change without notice.
You can modify your account settings any time. Just log into www.youveda.com and visit your “My Profile” page, where you can update your address and personal information.
Your credit card is charged at the time of your purchase. For subscription orders, you are charged once a month on your billing day. Please note that we send out reminder emails a few days before the renewal date of your subscription order; so, you have time to change or cancel your subscription.
If you are not receiving these emails, please check your spam folder. If you find our emails there for some reason please mark them as “NOT SPAM”. YouVeda is not responsible for customers entering their email address incorrectly, signing up with an email address they do not actively use, or for customers who enter their shipping address incorrectly.
At YouVeda, protecting and honouring Mother Nature and the environment is of highest priority. When we evaluate sustainability, we consider a product’s raw materials source, manufacturing methods, and shipping methods. Sure, we could cut corners, but if it means compromising our commitment to the environment, we won’t.

Our shipping boxes and sachet holder boxes are likewise FSC-certified, 100% post-consumer recycled, and 100% recyclable. FSC-certified paper promotes good forest management that ensures sustainability, wildlife and stream preservation.
FSC follows a strict set of standards to be environmentally and socially responsible and ensures that paper mills are following strict procedures in managing their forests. The packets which hold the products are not recyclable yet, but we are always looking for environmentally friendly alternatives.
Please allow up to two business days to process your order from the day it was received. Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order on Friday, you may experience a delay between your "order-shipped" confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- East Coast - 3-5 days
- West Coast - 4-5 days
- Alaska & Hawaii - 5-7 days
- International - 10-14 days or longer depending on the country
We partner with FedEx, UPS and USPS to ensure your products arrive quickly. As soon as your product ships we’ll email you the tracking information. If you have any trouble locating your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We currently ship throughout the United States, Alaska & Hawaii. Internationally, we ship to; Argentina, Australia, Austria, Canada, Chile, Finland, Germany, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
We can ship to certain other international locations too, but for that, kindly send us an email at email@example.com or feel free to give us a call. For shipping internationally, we first need to verify if the importing country will allow dietary supplements to enter, otherwise, your shipment can sit at customs or may simply get returned.
PLEASE NOTE: For all International Orders - Customer's assume responsibility for any duties/taxes that may be incurred from customs within their respective country.
Yes, a majority of our products offer free shipping, within the United States. If shipping is included, shipping charges will be calculated at time of checkout.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping for international orders.
The State of California requires dietary supplement companies to label products containing ingredients on their list with the following warnings: WARNING: THIS PRODUCT [MAY] CONTAIN[S] CHEMICALS KNOWN TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO CAUSE CANCER AND BIRTH DEFECTS OR OTHER REPRODUCTIVE HARM.
